Total Body Fitness Camp is a group-based exercise program that is designed to burn fat, build lean sexy muscle and whip you into shape. A variety of calisthenics, resistance and strength training and cardio exercises that melt fat and strengthen muscles will be used.
Felicia uses group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health.
The circuits and routines stimulate fat burning and increase your metabolism for long-term fat burning using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts that include the use of battle ropes, ladder conditioning, Kettle-bells, dumbbells and body weight exercises. You’ll shed that unwanted excess fat faster than you’ve ever imagined.
